Rumba Show Productions Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between RumbaShow Productions (“RumbaShow” or “We”) and customers who purchase tickets for events produced by Rumba Show or associated companies through its website. www.rumbashow.com or in person. By purchasing a ticket or participating in an event, the customer accepts these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

2. Services

RumbaShow and its partners produce events in Canada, primarily featuring Latin artists, and sell tickets to these events through its online store. Events can range in nature, including concerts, festivals, shows, and more. RumbaShow reserves the right to modify or cancel any event in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Business Model

Rumba Show operates under a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) business model, meaning it sells tickets to individuals and businesses/organizations. Customers can purchase tickets for individual events or event packages, and can benefit from discounts and special promotions.

4. Payment Process

Payments are made online through the Stripe or Square payment gateway. By making a payment, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of Stripe, Square, and RumbaShow. RumbaShow does not store sensitive payment information, and all payments are securely processed through Stripe or Square.

5. Cancellation Policy

In the event that RumbaShow cancels an event, the ticket price will be refunded. However, taxes, fees, and payment gateway fees will NOT refunded. Customers cannot cancel an event or request a refund for reasons personal to them or beyond RumbaShow's control. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, RumbaShow will notify customers and offer them the option to request a refund or keep their ticket for the new date.

6.Refunds

Once we receive your return request, we'll send you an email to notify you, and we'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet: 

  • First check your bank account.

What will be refunded?

Our return policy states that payment gateway fees for bank transactions, taxes, and fees associated with the customer's purchase are NOT refundable.

7. Responsibilities

RumbaShow is committed to:

  • Provide a quality event, with high-quality artists and entertainment.
  • Provide accessible and safe facilities for customers.
  • Create a pleasant and fun environment for customers.

Customers agree to:

  • Maintain good conduct during the event, respecting the rules and regulations established by RumbaShow and the competent authorities.
  • Do not cause damage or harm to the facilities or other customers.
  • Do not take any action that could disrupt the event or endanger the safety of others.

8. Limitations of Liability

RumbaShow is not responsible for:

  • Damage or loss caused by events or circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or contagious diseases.
  • Injuries or damages suffered by customers during the event, unless caused by the negligence or fault of RumbaShow.
  • Loss or damage caused by the cancellation or postponement of an event, except as otherwise specified in these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the events, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the property of RumbaShow or their respective owners. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit RumbaShow's intellectual property rights in any way without RumbaShow's prior written consent.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute or controversy arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.

12. Acceptance of the Terms

By purchasing a ticket or participating in an event, the customer accepts these Terms and agrees to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase tickets or participate in events produced by Rumba Show.
